Human Resources Business Partner

Location: Dallas, TX

 

The HR Business Partner is responsible for the implementation of full cycle recruitment for talent at all levels within the organization with an emphasis on Customer Care, Sales & Operations. This position is responsible for delivering quality resources, tracking requisitions, and interacting with executives, hiring managers and candidates. This role is suited to an action-oriented, hands-on business partner who is driven by the search to directly source qualified candidates and take a proactive rather than passive approach to talent.  Lead and implement end-to-end recruitment activities. You will source and advertise positions, provide resume screens, and guide candidates through the interview process with the hiring managers. Enhance the Company brand by providing an exceptional candidate experience. Provide real-time visibility into the recruiting pipeline by publishing recruiting status and metrics on a regular basis. Facilitate company growth via the identification, qualification, and selection of candidates who have personal values that are consistent with the CARE culture and core values.

 

  • Work with hiring managers to determine job requirements and other special criteria
  • Identify and source quality candidates
  • Create awesome relationships with employees to leverage internal network for referrals
  • Evaluate candidate skills by performing phone and in person interviews
  • Play an active role in the design and creation of recruiting collateral
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the company Culture, Mission, Core Values, key differentiates, and benefits to entice qualified candidates to join the Company
  • Track, record, and publish hiring metrics on a weekly basis
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with Company executives and staff
  • Facilitate on-boarding of new employees and maintain the list of open job requisitions
  • Work with the Chief People Officer and executives to negotiate candidate compensation

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources generalist role required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related discipline
  • Prior experience with Taleo Business Edition - a plus
  • Demonstrated track record in creating ad hoc reports
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to analyze key performance data
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and excellent project manager
  • Expertise in the sourcing and recruitment of all levels of corporate roles, field sales & operations
  • Experience with new and developing leading edge sourcing approaches for social networking and mobile tools beyond LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter, etc.
  • Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Superior relationship management skills with a track record of establishing positive and professional rapport quickly.
  • Experience building rapid credibility and trusted relationships with applicants, peers, and hiring managers.
  • Ability to travel minimally and conduct job fairs.
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and practice.
  • Interpersonal and high level of tact, diplomacy and confidentiality.
  • Interview skills, sourcing skills, time management and advisory skills.
  • Working knowledge of recruiting platforms
  • Daily tactical administration of our background and drug screening programs
  • Administrator for our relocation and employee referral programs
  • Works closely with our internal marketing department in support of our career site
  • HR Business Partner responsibilities will be assigned based on bandwidth and availability. Some of these duties may include:
  • Development of training (including onboarding)
  • Prepare end user documentation and training materials
  • Employee relations activities
  • HRIS - creating standard and ad hoc reports
  • Provides data summaries and statistical analysis for use in strategic planning and decision making
