Human Resources Business Partner

Location: Somerset, WI



The HRBP is responsible for providing sound HR advice and support to leadership by providing executive coaching, workforce analysis/planning, organization design, change management and strategy development to ensure high quality employee communications and relationships. Liaising across organizational and functional lines, the HRBP leverages a broad set of organizational capabilities and experiences in effectively supporting the client group. This responsibility includes ensuring that the business is properly resourced, aligned, trained, informed, and compensated appropriately for performance and market competitiveness. As a key member of the business unit management team, the HRBP leverages a deep knowledge/expertise in HR theory and practice in partnering with leaders to achieving organizational/team goals, supporting the development and execution of the business and functional AOP and Strategic plans.

  • Provides full-scope business unit support, leveraging the broader HR organization as needed in designing and delivering timely and efficient solutions as it relates to workforce planning, organization design, change management and strategy development.
  • Ensure that all HR programs and activities align with and effectively support business needs, translating business strategy and AOP commitments into specific deliverables that make a measurable contribution to the business
  • Proactively engages at both Group (Brands) and Corporate levels within the HR function, identifying, prioritizing, and communicating the needs of Accessories as key inputs in the development and evolution of Company policies, practices and initiatives.
  • Act as employee advocate, developing and implementing business specific strategies and programs aimed at increasing employee engagement
  • As a Change Agent, proactively diagnoses organization challenges, separating symptoms from causes, facilitating and/or leading the appropriate process as needed for positive evolution of the business
  • Aligns HR systems to execution of business strategy with a focus on fulfilling the organization vision and mission. Integrates systems to ensure that key elements of the AOP and Strategic Plans come together in a coordinated way
  • Ensure business leaders have the skills they need to be effective in a world-class organization. Identify and share knowledge and learning so it becomes a source of strategic advantage
  • Proactively identifies skill gaps and learning needs within the business, partnering as needed in brining appropriate learning solutions.
  • Act as leadership coach, assisting managers with their personal development as well as that of their teams, maximize their effectiveness as leaders
  • Leads talent management activities in the group, ensure the effectiveness of succession plans, talent identification, and both leadership and individual contributor development in line with business strategy
  • Develops and implements effective communications strategies, driving improved employee engagement
  • Drives workforce planning and execution of staffing plans, ensuring resourcing needs of the business are met proactively



  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 7+ years progressive human resources experience
