The HRIS Supervisor/Manager
oversees the day-to-day operation of the Human Resources Capital Management System, in three distinct areas: HR master data
processing, HRIS reporting and analytics, and HR data integrity/stewardship. The goal of which, is to ensure the successful
and accurate administration of other core HR Services functions including payroll, benefits, time and attendance and other
related human resource functions/interfaces. This is a "working supervisor" role, meaning the manager is
expected to have the skills and expertise to not only successfully lead a small team, but also be a ‘hands on' processor
of report/data requests, system uploads, and data integrity reviews.(Title will depend on experience level).
- Bachelor's Degree in, Accounting, Business, Human Resources,
Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline required.
with ADP Work Force Now preferred.
- Experience in a union environment desirable.
of 5 years HRIS experience with an emphasis on overall system management
- Demonstrated experience in extracting
and manipulating system data "hands on" from large databases
- Strong understanding of HRIS database
design & delivery, structure, functions and processes, and experience with databases tools
- Project Management
- Strategic, outside-the-box thinking
- Past experience at HRMS initiatives such as system
conversions, data cleansing, interface development, controls, organization management/position control, and Employee/Manager
- Understands the interrelations of various ancillary HR systems tied
to the core HRMS: on-boarding, T&A, payroll, benefits admin., etc.
- Collaborative leadership style/ can
team well with leadership peers
