Director Organizational Development and Training
Location: Danville, PA
Lead the design, development and implementation of training and development
strategies and programs. Responsible for planning and implementing organization development interventions, and group facilitation.
Responsible for the System Leadership Development Program for current and emerging leaders. Manages the Organizational Development
(OD) and Training function. Accountable to ensure collaboration with other organizational and Human Resource functions to
provide service throughout the System.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic
planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination
of people and resources.

a Bachelor's degree in a related field with courses in Human Resources, Adult Education, Training and Development,
Counseling and Psychology, or equivalent experience required. Master's Degree preferred.
- Requires eight years'
experience in Organization Development and Training or Human Resources with an emphasis in Organizational Development
and Training. Leadership level experience is preferred.
- Experience developing a Corporate University
- Requires five years management / supervisory experience.
- Experience in healthcare
